Full time regular employees. We do not subcontract for services or use the "body shop" approach of hiring temporary or 1099 workers. Utilizing permanent employees results in supplying clients with a high performance team consisting of people who have a common culture, common training, common quality system and common values. We may partner with specialty companies in certain international situations; any partnering is done with companies who match our quality standards.
Selective Hiring. Common strengths of our employees include initiative, tenacity, customer service, teamwork and technical ability. If we don't have the right staff for a particular project, we don't bid that project.
Qualification Program. Modeled on the U.S. Navy submarine force, our basic qualification program consists of self-study, knowledge check-outs with a subject matter expert and a final exam. Advanced qualification consists of self-study, knowledge check-outs, required reading, attending industry courses and project performance - measured in thousands of project hours.
Professional Development Program. Each employee completes an annual professional development plan, then attends industry seminars or other educational programs to advance their professional career to provide greater value for our clients. We augment the external training with a solid internal training program.
