Philosophically and practically, we believe that quality, cost and schedule can be mutually reinforcing – trade-offs are not necessary. Short-changing the focus on quality usually means problems down the road – problems that can cost money and delay the schedule. But if quality is built in from the start, then both the project delivery and the operational efficiency objectives can be achieved with a much higher degree of assurance.
We believe that world class operations successfully plan and integrate three areas: product/process/end-user requirements; people; and equipment/automation/facility technology. All of our services focus on integrating these areas necessary for successful operations, as applied to regulated manufacturing, mission critical facilities, energy-efficient buildings, patient-critical facilities, and complex operations.
Our History
Since our founding in 1996, we have shepherded strategic projects for some of the highest profile companies in numerous regulated industries. We have now delivered over half a billion dollars in services for hundreds of clients across thousands of projects, ranging from under $1,000 to over $30 million.
Our very first project involved a critical shutdown/ facility upgrade across three buildings, executed against a critical schedule so life-saving product inventory was maintained. This type of engagement and result have been repeated numerous times, and as a result we have established an enviable reputation for meeting aggressive schedules. We are engaged to help deliver the largest projects – from billion dollar biotech facilities to the world’s largest data centers.
Our industry leadership has been recognized – both in the form of awards by global professional societies and in customer awards. Most of our current clients have been clients for many years, including our very first client, now celebrating 25+ years of service.
