• 1996 Validation contractor management of fast-track project for Merck &Co, Inc. We provided a validation coordinator for a 24 x 7 project to shut down, renovate, re validate, and resume production of critical sterile products.
• 1998 Contractor for fast-track sterile ophthalmic manufacturing suite for Alcon in France. Work included IQ/OQ, computer validation, cleaning validation, sterilization validation, and process validation.
• 1999 Contractor for computer validation of Provox DCS for new Monsanto biotech facility.
• 2001 Contractor for fast-track renovation project for Bayer. First project on that site that finished on schedule. Our first million dollar project.
• 2001 Contracted to provide validation manager for large biotech project for Immunex in Rhode Island.
• 2002 Awarded ISPE's Company of the Year.
• 2003 Key contractor in helping Pfizer get a warning letter removed in just one year.
• 2005 Completed commissioning and validation of Amgen's Bionext project in Rhode Island. Scope included planning, schedule development, writing commissioning protocols, field execution coordination, inspections and testing, assistance with IQ/OQ execution, cleaning validation, computer validation, and process validation.
• 2006 Completed integrated commissioning and qualification of Eli Lilly's modular sterile fill/finish facility. Project was on time and on budget.
• 2006 Completed commissioning of QC laboratory for Wyeth, recovering four months of lost schedule from equipment and construction delays.
• 2007 Completed commissioning and qualification for Genentech's SSCM project. Recognized for our contribution in getting the project completed on schedule.
• 2008 Completed computer validation of the CCP2 MCS system for Genentech. Developed and implemented testing approach to qualify the control system on time to support startup operations.
• 2008 Commissioning Agents became 100% employee-owned through an employee stock ownership plan. This means that every single team member we apply to your project is a company owner.
