Commissioning Agents, Inc. gets involved early in the project design phase, interpreting LEED® Rating Systems and translating requirements into clear instructions to be included in the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD) and project specifications. We coordinate LEED® related submittals from subcontractors and provide feedback and guidance concerning the conduct of LEED® related activities to meet project specifications. We monitor the implementation of site environmental controls during construction and provide technical support to the project team to support LEED® credit submittals and achieve your LEED® certification goals. Our team includes LEED® Accredited Professionals.
